Yes, with some exceptions: Returns are subject to Maryland law and store policy. Products that we regularly carry in the store may be eligible for return, while special-ordered items or seasonal products may not be returnable. Products must be both unopened and in a sellable condition. While it’s typically not an issue, we do place a cap of 35% of your total order. Please ask about our current return policy before placing your order.

We recommend placing your order 2-4 weeks before your event, especially for weddings or large parties. This gives us enough time to order any products needed and ensure everything is available. Generally speaking, earlier is always better. Need things a bit sooner? Give us a call and we’ll work with you however we can!

Helpful information to have includes:

• Event date
• Venue (if delivered)
• An idea of budget
• Indoor or Outdoor event
• Whether you’ll have bartenders, and if they prefer a certain size
• Number of drinking guests
• Beer, wine, liquor, or all three
• If there are any brands you want
• If there will be a champagne toast, cocktail hour, and/or signature cocktail

Absolutely! In addition to offering an easy to use calculator on our website, we’ll help to fine tune the totals based on:

• Number of guests
• Length of the event
• Signature cocktails
• Toasts
• Time of day
• Beer, wine, & liquor preferences
• Cocktail hours
• Any much more

Our goal is to make sure you have enough that you don’t run out, without significantly overbuying.

Payment is due before your order is picked up (or delivered). We accept all major credit cards or cash. Payment must be made in person unless previously agreed upon. Larger orders or special orders may require a deposit.

In many cases, yes. If a product is available through our distributors, we can often special order it with enough advanced notice. Special order items may require prepayment. Special order items are not eligible for return. Special Order items may be subject to minimum quantities. Some limitations may apply.

We only order kegs on request (see “Can I order something you don’t carry?”). Often it’s a better ‘bang-for-your-buck’ to have cans or bottles in terms of both cost and logistics. Kegs need to be kept cold, need a tap, and require additional deposits.

Absolutely! We stock a variety of mixers, soft drinks, waters, and juices in addition to non-alcoholic wine and a larger N/A beer selection than most! We also have a wide variety of mixers from simple syrup to luxardo cherries to margarita mix! Certain items (namely sodas or juices) may be better purchased through your caterer, if it is available. Please ask for details.

More than likely, yes. A common mistake is underestimating the amount of ice needed. Start by touching base with the caterer and venue for details, we’re happy to help.

Yes – If you’re unsure of what to buy, we can recommend products for nearly any budget from economical to premium selections. We’ll also help balance popular choices with unique ones that fit your event.

Signature cocktails are becoming increasingly popular. Let us know the recipe (or your preferred spirit), and we’ll estimate how much liquor, mixers, syrups, or garnishes you’ll need.

Whenever possible we’ll do our best to have any packages you request cold, however space in our cooler is limited and open to customers. We vastly prefer to keep your order in a space that is off limits to customers, albeit room temperature. Not available for large quantities of items, please inquire for details.

That’s perfectly fine! Many events choose to simplify their planning by limiting how many options are available while still offering a variety of options to guests. We’re happy to recommend a balanced selection based on your guest count.

Yes! We do deliver for events with the addition of a delivery charge (minimum $50, may increase with distance or volume). There is an additional form to fill out, and we’ll need someone over the age of 21 with a valid government-issued ID to physically sign for the delivery.
